(9.9-en) Create a Child to a Current Requirement

  1. Launch a Requirement issue
  2. Click the "Create Child" button from the Requirements section
  3. Specify the information and finish the Requirement creation process
  4. The newly created Requirement will be presented in the Requirements section as a Child

The child Requirements can be reordered by drag & drop:
