(9.8-en) Add a Test Cycle to a Test Plan

1. Launch a Test Plan issue
2. Click the "Add" button from the Test Cycle section
3. In the "Add Test Cycle" dialog, specify the information below and click the "Add" button:
   1. Name (required)
   2. Environment (optional)
   3. Build (optional)
   4. Sprint (optional)
   5. Load Test Case (optional)
   6. Start Date (optional)
   7. End Date (optional)
4. The Test Cycle will be added to the Test Plan successfully; its initial status is "DRAFT"
