(9.8-en) Link Existing Defect to Test Case Run

1. Launch a Test Cycle
2. Click the "Execute" button to open the Test Case Run dialog
3. Click the "Link" icon
4. Select an existing defect, then click the "Link" button from the "Select Defect" dialog box
