Requirements Traceability
Requirement traceability provides the option to trace between Requirements, Test Cases, and test results. Generally, Test Cases are created from Requirements, so Test Cases indicate the test coverage of Requirements. Once Test Cases are executed from one or more Test Plans, the test results also reflect the results of the Requirements developed. To navigate to this section, choose the Project from the top menu and click the "Traceability" link on the left navigation.
The Traceability page presents Requirements and their associated Test Cases, along with test results from each Test Plan and test cycle. This also enables you to get bug information found by Test Case Execution and trace it back to the root Requirement.
