Requirements

There are two sections offered by synapseRT in a Requirement type record that represents the related Requirements & related Test Cases

Requirements Section - This section displays the related parent Requirement and the immediate child Requirements, this simple tree representation helps quickly understand how the requirement is decomposed.  Here in this section you will see more options to construct the Requirement tree by adding parent/child and to view the whole depth of the decomposed children of the current Requirement.

Test Cases Section - This section displays the related Test Cases to the requirement.  On further expansion of each Test Case you can track to the execution level details of the Test Case for the Requirement.  Here you will see provisions to create/link Test Cases and see the consolidated list of Bugs raised against this requirement with its status and resolution.

Defects Section - This section displays all Defects those are reported from associated Test Cases.

Note: Test Case to Requirement is a many to many relation, i.e  you can map one or more Test Cases to one Requirement, and vice versa.
